Criteria

Criteria are the specific standards Nova uses to evaluate candidates. Each criterion has 1 of 3 importance levels: must have, preferred, or nice to have. Write criteria that are specific and measurable (“3+ years experience with React in production”) rather than vague (“good technical skills”).
