Criteria

Criteria are the specific standards Nova uses to evaluate candidates. Each criterion has 1 of 3 importance levels: must have, preferred, or nice to have. Nova creates the first draft for you using criteria-writing best practices: role-specific, verifiable from resumes or application answers, non-duplicative, and calibrated by importance.
