Job-Level Analytics
Click the Analytics button in a job’s row actions to open the analytics dialog. This shows data for that specific job.Score Distribution
A breakdown of how candidates scored, shown as both a pie chart by score range and a bar chart by individual score (0-10). Use this to assess whether your criteria are calibrated correctly:- If most candidates score 9-10, your criteria may be too loose.
- If almost no one scores above 5, your criteria may be too strict.
- A spread across the range with 15-25% scoring 8+ suggests well-tuned criteria.

What's a good score distribution?
What's a good score distribution?
It depends on your criteria and role. Generally, 15-25% of candidates scoring 8+ indicates well-calibrated criteria. If nearly everyone scores high or low, adjust criteria specificity.
Why am I seeing sample data?
Why am I seeing sample data?
When no real scoring data exists yet (e.g. you just connected your ATS), analytics shows demo data with a sample indicator. Once Nova processes real candidates, the charts switch to your actual data automatically.
