Your company can use several Nova products with their own access and allowances. Billing & Usage shows Application Review usage and payment information available to your role.

Product access and allowances

Application Review, Candidate Sourcing, Candidate Rediscovery and LinkedIn Accounts have separate access settings. Your agreement may include trial, complimentary or paid access. Products billed through Stripe share one company subscription. An allowance controls how much of a product your company can use. Usage allowances reset on your company’s usage calendar, which can differ from the invoice schedule. Some allowances are unlimited; a trial may have a fixed end date.

Billing dashboard

The billing page shows:
  • Application Review usage and remaining allowance
  • Job usage over the usage period
  • Usage by job
  • Invoice status and invoice downloads when available
Contact your account manager to change your product access, allowances or subscription. Changes take effect when an admin confirms them.

Payment methods

When Add Payment Method is available, select it to open Stripe’s payment-method page. Adding a card updates the saved payment method. Your agreed collection method determines whether invoices are charged automatically or paid manually.

Invoice billing

The billing page shows invoice status, amount due and due date. Use an invoice’s payment link to pay an outstanding balance. Contact your account manager if the invoice or collection method needs to change.

Application Review job allowance

A job counts when you enable Application Review for it during the usage period. Re-enabling that job in the same period doesn’t use another job from your allowance. Application allowances and job license expiry apply separately. If you use all included jobs, select Request an upgrade from Billing & Usage or the job enablement prompt. Trial and complimentary access do not create automatic usage charges.
