Configuration
1. Creating a Custom Numeric Field for Nova Scores
Rating Scale
Nova converts its 1-10 score to Workable’s evaluation system. You can choose which rating format to use in Settings > Integrations > Workable:| Format | How it maps |
|---|---|
| Numbers (default) | Nova 1-10 maps directly to Workable 0-9 |
| Stars | Nova score mapped to 1-5 stars using configurable thresholds |
| Thumbs | Thumbs down, thumbs up, or star based on two configurable thresholds |
Automatic Candidate Filtering
Nova automatically skips scoring for disqualified and advanced-stage candidates to save credits.
- Disqualified candidates
- Candidates past initial stages (not in “sourced” or “applied” stages)
