AI Outbound Talent Search runs a live sourcing search outside your ATS. You give Nova a role, Nova searches the web, evaluates candidates, and builds a ranked shortlist while you watch. It sits next to Talent Pool Search, but solves a different problem. Talent Pool Search looks inside your existing applicants. Outbound Search goes out and finds new people.

What you can do

  • Start a search from a job with criteria, or paste a job description directly
  • Watch the session as Nova researches the market, searches, and scores candidates
  • Review a live shortlist with fit labels, summaries, and supporting evidence
  • Control team usage with per-user search quotas

What a session looks like

Each session has 2 moving parts:
  • The activity feed shows what the agent is doing right now
  • The shortlist fills in as candidates are found and evaluated
If a role is ambiguous, Nova may ask follow-up questions before it searches. That usually improves title targeting, company selection, and seniority calibration.

Usage limits

Outbound Search is limited by your company plan. On paid plans, search counts reset with your subscription renewal date. Some teams also split that company limit into per-user quotas so each recruiter gets their own allocation.
Per-user quotas are configured from the Team page. Recruiters only see their own usage.
