AI Outbound Talent Search runs a live sourcing search outside your ATS. You give Nova a role, Nova searches the web, evaluates candidates, and builds a ranked shortlist while you watch. It sits next to Talent Pool Search, but solves a different problem. Talent Pool Search looks inside your existing applicants. Outbound Search goes out and finds new people.

What you can do

  • Watch the session as Nova researches the market, searches, and scores candidates
  • Review a live shortlist with fit labels, summaries, and supporting evidence
  • Control team usage with per-user search quotas

What a session looks like

Each session has 2 moving parts:
  • The activity feed shows what the agent is doing right now
  • The shortlist fills in as candidates are found and evaluated
If a role is ambiguous, Nova may ask follow-up questions before it searches. That usually improves title targeting, company selection, and seniority calibration.

Usage limits

Outbound Search is limited by your company plan. Paid plans use a rolling 30-day billing window. Some teams also split that company limit into per-user quotas so each recruiter gets their own allocation.
Per-user quotas are configured from the Team page. Recruiters only see their own usage.
