Billing Period Expiry
For metered plans, Nova disables scoring at the end of each billing cycle. Warning emails with Keep Active links are sent during a configurable grace period (default: 5 days before the billing boundary). Click the link or re-enable from the dashboard to keep scoring active. Re-enabling after billing expiry starts a new billing period.Inactivity
Jobs that haven’t processed any applications for a configurable period (default: 14 days) are automatically disabled. No warning emails are sent for inactivity-based auto-disable.Re-enabling
Click Start on any disabled job from the Jobs page. Nova resumes scoring immediately. All existing scores, assessments, and analytics are preserved.Auto-disable only affects Nova’s scoring. Your job posting remains active in your ATS and continues receiving applications normally.
