Nova disables scoring when a Free-plan job licence expires or when a job reaches the configured inactivity threshold. Disabled jobs can be re-enabled when the plan allows it, and all scores are preserved.

Free-plan licence expiry

On the Free plan, a job licence lasts until the end of the usage period in which you enabled scoring. Nova disables the job at the next processing attempt after that period ends. You can re-enable the job when your plan has a job available in the current usage period.

Inactivity

When inactivity auto-disable is enabled, jobs with no applications processed for 30 days by default are automatically disabled. Nova doesn’t send warning emails before disabling an inactive job.

Re-enabling

Click Start on any disabled job from the Jobs page. Scoring resumes immediately.
Auto-disable only affects Nova’s scoring. Your job posting stays active in your ATS.

Unlimited plans and application-only custom plans are exempt from inactivity auto-disable.
