Scoring Quick Setup Guide

Welcome to Nova! This guide will help you enable AI-powered candidate scoring and ranking on your job postings in just a few minutes.

Time required: 2-3 minutes

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Navigate to your job posting

1. Go to your company dashboard
2. Find the job you want to enable Nova on

2. Create your criteria

1. Click "Criteria" button for the job
2. Wait for Nova's analytics to complete
3. Click "Edit and Continue"

3. Enable Nova

1. Look for the "Enable Nova" toggle or button
2. Click to enable Nova for this job
3. Confirm the action if prompted

4. Verify Nova is Active

Once enabled, you should see:

• Nova status indicator changed
• Processing status updates as applications are reviewed in the table, and in the Nova Analytics dialog
• Nova scores appearing on new applications in your ATS
