Nova's AI-Powered Interview Questions feature transforms the interview process by providing personalized, expert-level guidance for every candidate. Whether you're a hiring manager without formal recruiting training or a recruiter interviewing outside your expertise, this feature gives you structured guidance for confident interviews.

What It Does

• Analyzes each candidate's specific background to identify strengths, gaps, and areas needing exploration
• Generates strategic, role-specific questions tailored to the candidate and position
• Provides expert evaluation guidance including what to listen for, red flags, and follow-up questions
• Integrates seamlessly with your ATS through automatic candidate notes with direct links
• Records your interviews and feeds the transcripts back into the Nova scoring engine (coming soon) to improve the scoring of future candidates

How It Works

Step 1: Enable Nova on a Role

1. Navigate to your job posting in your ATS
2. Enable Nova for the role (if not already enabled)

Step 2: Wait for Assessment Completion

Along with scoring, Nova will automatically:

• Analyze the job requirements, criteria and the applicant
• Generate personalized interview questions for each candidate

Step 3: Access Interview Questions

1. Open the candidate's profile in your ATS
2. Navigate to the notes or activities section
3. Look for the Nova-generated note with interview questions link
4. Click the link to access personalized questions
