Today, we're launching the Nova Feedback System—a streamlined way for you to help us fine-tune Nova's algorithm using completely anonymized data.

How It Works

1. Feedback Link on Every Assessment Every Nova assessment now includes a direct link to provide feedback. No hunting through menus or separate systems—just click and share your insights.

2. Structured Feedback Collection When you click the feedback link, you get a focused form that captures:

  • Overall Rating: How accurate was Nova's analysis? (Very accurate to mostly inaccurate)
  • What Nova Got Wrong: Specific areas where the assessment missed the mark
  • What Nova Missed: Important information that should have been considered
  • Unsupported Conclusions: Any assessments not backed by the resume data
  • Additional Comments: Open feedback to help us improve

3. Complete Data Anonymization All feedback is automatically anonymized before being used for algorithm improvements. Personal information, company details, and candidate specifics are stripped out, leaving only the insights that help Nova learn.

4. Continuous Algorithm Refinement Your feedback directly informs our machine learning improvements, helping Nova become more accurate for everyone in the community.

Getting Started

The Nova Feedback System is now live for all Nova assessments. To provide feedback:

  1. View any Nova assessment in your ATS or Nova dashboard
  2. Click the "Provide Feedback" link attached to the assessment note
  3. Complete the quick feedback form (takes under 2 minutes)
  4. Submit to contribute to Nova's continuous improvement
