Simple, Powerful Freemium Model

Our new billing is designed to be fair and predictable, letting you use Nova's core features for free.

• 5 Free Jobs in Your First Month: New companies get a generous bonus of 5 free Nova-enabled jobs to get started and see the value instantly.
• 2 Free Jobs Every Month: After your first month, you get 2 free jobs each month, forever. Perfect for ongoing, low-volume hiring needs.
• Pay-As-You-Go: For jobs beyond your free allocation, you only pay for what you use at a simple flat rate of $30 per job. No monthly subscription fees.

This means you can try Nova, use it for small-scale hiring, and run proofs-of-concept without ever needing a credit card.

For jobs that go beyond your free monthly allocation, our straightforward flat pricing applies:

• All jobs beyond free tier: $30 per job

Note: For new companies in their first month, this applies after your first 5 free jobs.

A Brand New Billing Dashboard

To go with our new system, we've launched a comprehensive Billing & Usage dashboard. Now you can:

• Monitor Usage in Real-Time: See exactly how many jobs you have enabled and track your usage against your free allocation.
• View Estimated Charges: Get a clear, real-time estimate of your monthly bill. No more surprises.
• Manage Payment Methods: Securely add and manage your payment methods through our Stripe integration.
• Analyze Usage Trends: Track your job usage over time with historical data charts to understand your hiring velocity.

Spend Controls

For teams that need more predictability, we've added powerful, easy-to-use spend controls.

• Set Monthly Caps: Define a monthly spending limit to ensure you never go over budget.
• Configure Alerts: Get automatic email notifications when you reach certain spending thresholds (e.g., 50%, 80%, 95% of your cap).
• Auto-Pause Billing: When your spend cap is reached, Nova can automatically pause billing to prevent further charges, giving you full control over your costs.

These tools are designed to give finance and operations teams peace of mind.

How It Works: Job Licenses

To make billing fair, jobs are now licensed for entire billing periods.

• When you enable Nova for a job, it's licensed until the end of your current billing period.
• If you pause and re-enable a job within the same period, you are not charged again.
• At the end of the period, the license expires, and the job is automatically paused to prevent unwanted charges. You can re-enable it with a single click to start a new license for the next period.

This ensures you get the full value of what you pay for and never get billed for a forgotten job.
