## Configuration

### Creating a Custom Numeric Field for Nova Scores

## Rating Scale

Configure the rating format in **Settings > Integrations > Workable**:

| Format                | Mapping                                                |
| --------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Numbers** (default) | Nova scores appear on Workable's 1-10 rating scale     |
| **Stars**             | 1-5 stars using configurable thresholds                |
| **Thumbs**            | Thumbs down/up/star based on 2 configurable thresholds |

Presets available: Default, Conservative, Balanced, Aggressive. Or set custom thresholds.

## Automatic Candidate Filtering

Nova skips scoring for disqualified candidates and candidates past initial stages (beyond "sourced" or "applied").
