# Interview Questions

> Personalized interview questions generated from each candidate's resume and your role criteria.

Nova generates 8-10 personalized interview questions for each scored candidate, targeting their specific background and any gaps that need verification. A link to the questions posts in the candidate's ATS profile alongside their score.
